Gellan Gum/Suspension Stabilizer Range

The gellan gum is a microbial extracellular polysaccharide. As a multi-functional thickener, gel, stabilizer, etc., it is widely used in many industries such as food, medicine (such as soft and hard capsules), cosmetics, and chemical industry. There are two types of gellan gum: low sulfhydryl and fluorenyl. With its natural, safe, non-toxic, high-efficiency and other excellent properties, the gum is more and more concerned by consumers, especially food scientists.
